At Ivan Tree Therapy, we provide personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Los Angeles for children and young adults ages 1–21. ABA therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals with autism and developmental differences build meaningful skills that improve communication, independence, and everyday life.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and conduct ABA treatment
• DTT, PRT, Social Skills, and Parent Education to families with children with special needs.
• Provide services authorized directly to the family and consumer.
• Maintains communication with consumers/parents/caregivers through email and phone calls.
• Complete and submit time sheets.
Collect, review, summarize, and communicate data (data sheets, session notes, task analyses, ABC data sheets, parent goal data, etc.) and progress with Program Supervisor.
• Maintain communication with Program Supervisor for mastery and new programs on each individual case.
• Conducts 1:1 consumer/parent/caregiver sessions. All sessions are face-to-face, and not through electronic means.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development trainings.
• Report any incidents and communication from the parent to the Program Supervisor or Clinical Director.
• Submits SIR within the same day of the incident.QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have at least 6 months of experience working with individuals with Autism or any developmental disabilities.
• Must have knowledge of basic principles of applied behavior analysis; ethical considerations regarding behavior modification; behavioral and reinforcement procedures to increase and decrease behavior.
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend over, crouch down, walk, sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds without assistance from another adult.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
